Our online forms are now closed for the day. If your problem is a medical emergency please call the surgery on 0141 201 5111, option 1.

Our online forms are open from 8:00am to 10:30am Monday to Friday, if you have a routine problem please complete the relevant form between these times and someone will reply within 24 hours.

If you require medical help outside practice working hours, please call NHS24 on 111 or in an emergency please call 999.
